ACCEL GROUP (01283) announced the completion of its acquisition of a 20% stake in Deheng Construction Development Co., Ltd. on November 7, 2025. As part of the transaction, the company issued and allotted 15 million new shares to the seller at an issue price of HK$1.4 per share to settle a portion of the consideration.
