Apple Inc. is planning to sell investment-grade bonds on Monday for the first time in two years, according to a person familiar with the matter.
U.S.-listed shares of the company fell 1% in premarket trading.
The iPhone maker is looking to issue in as many as four parts. The deal comes as the primary market for bond sales is expected to heat up this week, with many companies emerging out of their earnings blackouts.
