SmarTone Announces HKD0.175 Final Dividend for FY2025/26, Payable on 16 November 2026

SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings Limited has declared a final ordinary dividend of HKD0.175 per share for the financial year ended 30 June 2026, according to its 2025/2026 annual results announcement released on 3 September 2026.

Shareholders will vote on the proposed distribution at the annual general meeting scheduled for 28 October 2026. The shares will trade ex-dividend on 3 November 2026, with the record date set for 5 November 2026. Entitled shareholders can expect payment on 16 November 2026.

Transfer documents must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 16:30 on 4 November 2026. The share register will be closed for a single day—from 5 November 2026 to 5 November 2026—to determine dividend entitlements.

The declared dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at an exchange rate of HKD1:HKD1. No withholding tax applies to this distribution. SmarTone’s board comprises three Executive Directors, six Non-Executive Directors, and six Independent Non-Executive Directors, with Mr. Raymond Kwok serving as Chairman.
