中投金融科技集团(08029)发布公告，拟在股东周年大会上寻求授权回购不超过通过相关决议案当日已发行股份总数10%的股份。基于公司于最近实际可行日期合计发行2.80亿股，如授权获批，回购股份数量上限约为2800万股。
根据公告，公司将按适用的开曼群岛法律、公司组织章程细则及香港联合交易所有限公司GEM证券上市规则，动用合法可用资金进行回购。董事会认为，该回购有望提高公司价值并带来正面影响，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
公司股份过去12个月在GEM的价格区间最高曾触及每股1.45港元（2025年10月），最低为每股0.44港元（2026年8月）。公司另将于2026年9月30日下午4时在香港举行股东周年大会，就回购授权等议案进行表决。公司将于2026年9月25日至9月30日（含首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记，供确定股东参会及投票资格。届时，如授权通过，董事会可在未来一段期间内对股份进行回购操作。公司同时公告了发行授权计划，拟发行最高不超过已发行股份总数20%的股份。
