Hua Medicine announced that Ms. Yuen Wing Yan Winnie has resigned as Company Secretary and ceased to serve as Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, effective 26 March 2026. The Board confirmed that Ms. Yuen has no disagreements with directors and no matters require shareholder attention.

Concurrently, the Board appointed Ms. Au-Yeung Nelly—currently a Senior Manager of Corporate Services at Tricor Services Limited—as the new Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, also effective 26 March 2026. Ms. Au-Yeung satisfies the professional qualifications stipulated in Listing Rule 3.28 and brings over ten years of corporate secretarial experience, serving four other Hong Kong-listed companies.

Ms. Au-Yeung is a Chartered Secretary, Chartered Governance Professional, and an Associate of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK). Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from Hong Kong Shue Yan University (July 2011) and a Master of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (September 2018).

The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Yuen for her contributions and extended a formal welcome to Ms. Au-Yeung. As of the announcement date, Hua Medicine’s Board comprises three executive directors—Dr. Li Chen, Mr. George Chien Cheng Lin, and Dr. Yi Zhang; one non-executive director—Mr. Robert Taylor Nelsen; and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. William Robert Keller, Mr. Yiu Wa Alec Tsui, and Mr. Yiu Leung Andy Cheung.
