Financial Street Securities Co., Limited (stock code 01476) announced on 20 April 2026 that, in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, the company will henceforth publish all corporate communications solely in electronic form.
The materials covered include directors’ reports, annual and interim financial statements (and any related summaries), notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be uploaded to the company’s website (www.jrjzq.com.cn) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk); printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.
Non-registered shareholders must provide a valid email address to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited (collectively, the “Intermediaries”). Without a functional email address on record, such investors will not receive e-notifications of new publications and will need to monitor the above websites themselves. In these circumstances, only “Actionable Corporate Communications”-–documents requiring a shareholder decision-–will continue to be mailed in hard copy.
Shareholders who prefer physical copies of all communications may complete and return the designated Reply Form to the company’s H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) or email a scanned copy to Jrjzq.ecom@computershare.com.hk, stating their name, address and print request.
The company emphasized that it will treat an email as successfully delivered unless it receives a “non-delivery” message, and underscored shareholders’ responsibility to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the email addresses provided. All personal data submitted will be handled in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
