我一直对世界其他国家都非常友好、仁慈宽容。只要我轻轻一挥笔，美国就能再增收数百亿美元，而这些国家将不得不回归传统的赚钱方式，而不是继续骑在美国背上吸血。尽管很多国家并不领情，但我希望他们都感激我们伟大国家为他们所做的一切。
