吉盛集团控股有限公司（下称“吉盛集团控股”，股份代号：8133）于最新公告中表示，将进一步延迟寄发有关建议股本重组及以非包销基准进行供股的通函。原定于2026年2月27日（星期五）或之前寄发的通函，目前预计延至2026年3月31日（星期二）或之前。
上述通函载有多项重要内容，包括股本重组详情、供股及相关交易的进一步资料、建议更改公司名称的细节，以及独立董事委员会与独立财务顾问针对供股及其项下拟进行交易的意见函等。由于公司需要更多时间明确通函所需信息，因此不得不推迟寄发日期。
吉盛集团控股指出，早前在2025年8月26日以及随后数次公告中披露的股本重组及供股预期时间表（不包括更改每手买卖单位的相关事项）将相应修订，主要涉及供股配额的确定、股东特别大会出席与投票身份的过户登记等环节。公司将适时另行发布公告，以公布修订后的时间安排。
