Powerlong Commercial Management Holdings Limited has issued a profit warning for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Based on unaudited management accounts, the Group expects net profit attributable to shareholders to range between RMB135.30 million and RMB142.60 million, down approximately 22.0%–26.0% from RMB182.80 million in the prior-year period.
Management attributed the anticipated decline to two principal factors:
1. Changes in ownership of certain retail commercial properties under management, which prompted revisions to management models and fee structures and in turn compressed gross profit. 2. Termination of several property management contracts during the period, reducing revenue and profit contribution.
The interim results are being finalised and are scheduled for release by the end of August 2026. The figures disclosed are based on preliminary, unaudited data and remain subject to review by the Company’s auditors and audit committee.
Powerlong Commercial Management advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
