2026年3月6日，百胜中国控股有限公司(09987)发布翌日披露报表，显示公司于3月5日回购合计76,378股普通股。其中，在美国市场回购57,628股，每股价格介乎52.39美元至51.75美元，总金额2,999,946.56美元；在香港联交所场内回购18,750股，每股价格介乎406.6港元至418.6港元，总金额7,722,240港元。
公告同时披露，公司于3月5日根据股份计划向相关参与人发行341股新股。截至上述日期，公司已发行股份总数变动为353,749,856股。
根据购回授权，公司于2025年5月23日获批可回购37,239,649股，迄今已累计购回21,411,237股，占购回决议获通过当日已发行股本的5.75%。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他适用法规。
