Everbright Securities Receives CSRC Approval for Public Bond Issuance to Professional Investors

Everbright Securities (06178) announced that the company has recently received the "Approval on Consent for Everbright Securities Company Limited to Publicly Issue Corporate Bonds to Professional Investors" (CSRC Approval [2026] No. 1126) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). The approval details are as follows: First, consent is granted for the company to publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding RMB 40 billion to professional investors. Second, the issuance of these corporate bonds must strictly follow the prospectus submitted to the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Third, this approval is valid for 24 months from the date of consent. The company may issue the bonds in tranches within this validity period. Fourth, from the date of consent until the completion of this bond issuance, the company must promptly report and handle any significant events in accordance with relevant regulations.
