港股特步国际今日盘中大跌5.6%,引发市场关注。公告显示,特步国际拟先旧后新配售9090.9万股,每股作价5.5港元,折让9.4%;同时公司建议发行5亿元可换股债券,初步换股价6.325港元。
配股和债券共计可为特步筹集资金约10亿港元。公司表示,将把所得款项净额约9.85亿港元用于:(1)进一步发展特步主品牌及索康尼的面向消费者(DTC)业务模式;(2)加强索康尼品牌推广和产品组合;(3)补充营运资金。
公告指出,特步自2020年起主力发展DTC模式,五年来推动公司专业运动品类收入实现超过100%的复合增长。公司深信,采取直销策略对品牌升级和未来发展至关重要。通过加强与消费者互动,特步可以提高顾客忠诚度、及时了解市场需求,并更灵活调整产品组合和营销策略,提升营运效率,逐步收回分销权、优化渠道结构。长期而言,DTC模式将有助于公司加强品牌影响力、激发增长潜力、创造可持续盈利能力。
