The repurchases were carried out in 18 on-market trades at prices ranging from HKD 0.78 to HKD 0.97 per share. Based on the volume-weighted prices provided, the cumulative consideration amounts to approximately HKD 19.12 million (about 0.02 billion). The most recent transaction, executed on 24 June 2026, involved 0.80 million shares at between HKD 0.76 and HKD 0.79 per share, costing HKD 0.62 million.
Sunac Services began the period with 3.03 billion issued shares. As the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled, the outstanding share count remains unchanged at 3.03 billion as of 24 June 2026. Upon cancellation, the issued share base will contract by 0.72 %, aligning with the stated intention of enhancing shareholder value through capital reduction.
Under the share-repurchase mandate granted on 22 May 2026, the company is authorised to buy back up to 304.90 million shares. Following the latest transactions, 283.00 million shares—about 9.35 % of current issued share capital—remain available for repurchase.
