An announcement was issued by BAY AREA DEV (00737) stating that the following changes to the board of directors will take effect from February 12, 2026. Firstly, Mr. Liao Xiangwen has resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, member and Chairman of the Executive Committee, and member and Chairman of the Nomination Committee due to his work arrangements. Secondly, Executive Director Mr. Wu Jianming has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and member and Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Additionally, Ms. Zhao Guiping has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
