2026年7月23日，嘉耀控股有限公司（股票代码：01626）公告称，根据管理层现有资料的初步评估，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将录得除税后溢利净额约人民币11.0百万元至人民币15.0百万元。相比之下，集团在截至2025年6月30日止六个月录得除税后亏损净额约人民币22.2百万元，实现由亏转盈。
公司表示，业绩改善主要归因于：（i）电子雾化微控制器及主控芯片业务的强劲增长；（ii）与去年同期相比，电子烟业务出现复苏。
嘉耀控股强调，上述数据仅基于管理层现时可得的未经审核财务资料，尚未经过核数师或审核委员会审阅。公司预计将于2026年8月28日公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩。
