铸帝控股（01413）7月31日发布公告，拟在即将召开的股东周年大会上授予董事会一项股份购回的一般授权，最高可回购公司于最后实际可行日期（2026年7月21日）已发行股本（合计约3.28亿股）的10%。若该授权获得批准，公司最多可购回约3280万股股份，预计使用公司依据相关法律法规允许的自有资金进行回购，回购股份完成后将根据适用法律予以注销。
公告显示，公司于过去十二个月内股价最高上涨至每股0.63港元（2025年11月）及最低下探至每股0.15港元（2026年6月）。公司董事会认为，本次购回计划有助于优化资本结构並提高股东回报，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
铸帝控股（01413）现于香港联交所上市。公司宣布将于2026年8月27日下午2时30分在香港中环皇后大道中99号中环中心12楼2室召开股东周年大会，并于2026年8月24日至27日暂停办理股份过户登记手续，以厘定股东大会出席及投票资格。
