四威科技（01202）8月28日发布公告称，公司拟通过公开挂牌方式出售所持普天新材料全部股权的事项已终止。此前，公司曾于2025年8月28日及2025年9月26日发布公告，启动相关出售计划。
根据公告，首次公开挂牌期自2025年8月29日开始，为期20个工作日，于2025年9月25日届满。在初步公开挂牌期结束时，公司未收到任何竞标。随后，董事会决定在相同条款和条件下，将挂牌期自公告日期起延长12个月，即至2026年8月28日。
截至2026年8月28日（延长公开挂牌期届满日），公司仍未收到任何竞标，出售事项由此失效并正式终止。董事会表示，终止此次可能非常重大出售事项不会对集团的财务状况或业务运营造成重大不利影响。
公司亦表示，如未来再次决定通过公开挂牌方式出售相关权益，将按照《上市规则》的要求适时发布公告。
