香港讯—2026年7月13日，中国飞鹤有限公司（06186.HK）发布公告称，其全资子公司黑龙江飞鹤乳业有限公司于2026年7月13日以闲置资金认购上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司发行的“上信红宝石T+N第132期”金融产品，认购本金2亿元，预期年收益率2.30%，产品类型为非保本浮动收益型，投资范围为固定收益类资产，产品到期日为2027年4月14日。
截至公告日，集团在浦发银行持有的未到期理财及结构性存款金融产品本金合计26亿元。
公告称，本次认购旨在在保证资金安全性和流动性前提下，提高阶段性闲置资金收益。董事会表示，交易条款经公平磋商制定，符合公司及股东整体利益，并已建立充分且适当的内部控制程序，确保投资不影响集团运营及资金需求。
根据香港联合交易所有限公司《证券上市规则》第14.22条，鉴于本次交易需与已进行的认购浦发银行金融产品合并计算，相关交易的最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，需履行公告义务，惟豁免股东批准程序。
