公告显示，回购完成后，公司于2026年4月28日的已发行股份数量由2026年4月23日的1,277,609,500股减少至1,277,527,500股；库藏股份由5,794,000股增至5,876,000股。公司已发行股份总数维持在1,283,403,500股。
本次回购基于2025年6月17日通过的股份购回授权，授权总数为128,340,350股。截至公告日，公司已于香港联交所或其他证券交易所累计购回5,876,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.45785%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规进行此次回购，且呈交于2025年5月26日的说明函件所载资料并无重大变动。
