Continental Aero Tech Holdings Sees Major Share Transfer Worth HK$224 Million, Accounting for 5.08% of Total Shares

According to the latest filing from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 4, Continental Aero Tech Holdings (00232) recorded a notable change in shareholding position, with a total transfer value of HK$224 million, representing 5.08% of the company's issued shares.

The company's shareholder transferred 462 million shares into BNP Paribas and moved 467 million shares out of Citibank.

Hong Kong Stock Exchange data also revealed that on August 31, JPMorgan increased its stake in Continental Aero Tech Holdings by 23.465 million shares at a price of HK$0.465 per share, totaling approximately HK$10.91 million. Following this increase, the latest shareholding stands at approximately 1.217 billion shares, representing a 13.08% ownership stake.
