为应对这一情况，公司董事会决定启动公众股份赎回程序，将按章程规定对公开发行的普通股进行现金赎回。完成股份赎回后，ESH Acquisition Corp将进入自愿解散清算阶段，并计划向相关监管机构提交解散申请文件。
此次行动标志着这家SPAC平台在未完成并购目标后，正式进入终止运营流程。公司表示将按照证券法规要求，妥善处理后续清算及投资者补偿事宜。
