The consulting firm reported quarterly adjusted earnings of $1.78 per share, significantly beating the analyst consensus estimate of $1.46 and representing a 14% increase from $1.56 per share in the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter reached $990.7 million, exceeding expectations of $918.5 million and marking an 11% year-over-year increase.
FTI Consulting also provided optimistic guidance for 2026, estimating full-year earnings per share between $8.90 and $9.60, with revenue expected to range from $3.94 billion to $4.10 billion. The company's strong performance was driven by significant growth in its Corporate Finance segment, where revenue increased 26.1% due to higher demand and bill rates for turnaround and restructuring services.
