理想汽车-W(02015)于2026年7月7日发布公告称，公司于2026年7月6日回购1,150,634股A类普通股，约占该公司回购前未计库存股份的已发行股本总数0.0661%。本次回购每股价格区间介于USD 5.84至USD 5.9875，合计支付约6,821,763.80美元（约682.18万美元）。
此次回购后，公司未计库存股份的已发行股本数目为1,740,288,309股，库存股份数目为68,135,360股，已发行股份总数为1,808,423,669股。
公司表示，此次回购基于2026年5月29日获股东大会通过的回购授权，该授权可回购股数为214,280,424股，截至目前已累计回购48,544,020股，占授权通过日已发行股份总数约2.2654%。公司确认所有回购均遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法规要求。
