周三（6月18日），联合能源集团涨超30%，公司宣布与乌兹别克UNG订立增产合约，拟投资最低1亿美元。
消息面上，联合能源集团公布，与乌兹别克斯坦国家能源龙头企业UNG订立增产合约。据此，公司将作为承包商负责UNG位于加兹利地区的21个UNG油气田及10个勘探区块实施增产作业及勘探作业。起始合同为期15年，期内的总产量估计约578亿立方米。公司须于起始合同期的首四年内作出最低1亿美元的直接外国投资，投资将由公司内部资源组合拨付。
公开资料显示，联合能源集团为中国香港最大的综合能源上市公司之一，业务遍布南亚、中东及北非地区以及欧洲。集团主要从事上游石油及天然气、清洁能源及能源贸易业务。乌兹别克斯坦为集团拓展新国家的战略重点区域之一，该项目有望带来稳健现金流、增强集团储量基础并创造长期股东价值，进一步多元化公司地域收入来源。
