城市酷选有限公司（简称“城市酷选”；股份代号：8050）公告显示，于股份合并于2025年12月8日生效后，约46,718,245股合并股份（相当于全部已发行股本约17.22%）由公众人士持有，低于香港联合交易所有限公司GEM上市规则所规定的25%最低公众持股量要求。
根据公告，城市酷选已向联交所申请暂时豁免严格遵守最低公众持股量规定，并于2025年10月13日至2026年1月15日期间获准。现有控股股东香港酷选集团有限公司持有公司约82.75%股权，正物色买方以出售超额股份，但由于需要更多时间完成出售，公司公众持股量目前仍为约17.22%。
鉴于豁免时间即将届满，且公众持股量仍未达上市规定的25%，城市酷选已向联交所提出豁免延长期申请，拟自2026年1月16日起至2026年2月28日止。公司将于适当时候就豁免申请结果以及恢复最低公众持股量的最新进展另行公告。
