满贯集团控股有限公司（股票代码：03390）7月31日晚间公告，公司将进一步延迟寄发两份涉及持续关连交易的通函。此前公司曾于2026年6月12日及7月10日发布公告，预计将于2026年7月31日或之前向股东发送以下文件：
1. 有关建议修订与健倍苗苗集团分销协议年度上限及佛慈分销协议的《健倍苗苗持续关连交易通函》； 2. 有关建议修订与赞才集团2025年主买卖协议年度上限的《赞才持续关连交易通函》。
公司表示，由于需额外时间编制及最终确定拟纳入上述通函的资料，两份通函的寄发日期将推迟至2026年8月14日或之前。
满贯集团董事会主席、执行董事兼行政总裁王嘉俊于公告中签署确认。公司董事会成员包括1名执行董事、5名非执行董事及3名独立非执行董事。
