Mr. Zhan Weihao has stepped down from his roles as an executive director and vice chairman of the board, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Zhou Weixiong has resigned from his positions as company secretary and authorized representative of the company, effective January 1, 2026. The company has appointed Mr. Gao Yifei as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective January 1, 2026.
