中信银行股份有限公司（00998.HK）8月10日公告称，经中国人民银行批准，该行已在全国银行间债券市场完成“2026年绿色金融债券（第一期）（债券通）”的发行。
本期债券于2026年8月6日簿记建档，并于2026年8月10日发行完毕；发行规模人民币200亿元，期限3年，票面利率1.53%。
中信银行表示，募集资金将依据相关法律法规及监管批准，用于《绿色金融支持项目目录（2025年版）》所列的绿色产业项目。
