TTI Announces Updated Board Composition and Committee Leadership Effective 31 May 2026

Techtronic Industries Company Limited (TTI) has released an updated list of directors and their respective roles, effective 31 May 2026. The Board now comprises 13 members, including 5 executive directors and 8 independent non-executive directors (INEDs).

The executive bench remains led by Executive Chairman Horst Julius Pudwill, supported by Executive Vice Chairman Stephan Horst Pudwill, Chief Executive Officer Steven Philip Richman, Chief Financial Officer Frank Chi Chung Chan and Head of Group Legal, Compliance and Corporate Governance Camille Jojo.

Eight INEDs continue to provide independent oversight: Robert Hinman Getz (Lead INED), Peter David Sullivan, Johannes-Gerhard Hesse, Virginia Davis Wilmerding, Caroline Christina Kracht, Andrew Philip Roberts, Karen Ka Fai Ng and Stephen Tsi Chuen Wong.

Committee leadership and membership have been confirmed as follows: • Nomination Committee: chaired by Executive Chairman Horst Julius Pudwill. • Audit Committee: chaired by INED Andrew Philip Roberts, with seven additional INED members. • Remuneration Committee: chaired by INED Robert Hinman Getz, with six further INED members.

The company notes that, effective from the stated date, these structures are intended to enhance governance transparency and reinforce oversight across audit, nomination and remuneration matters.
