绿源集团控股（02451）7月28日在港交所公告称，经对截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未审核综合管理账目进行初步审阅，预计期内归属于公司拥有人之溢利将较2025年同期约人民币1.1亿元（即110百万元）录得不超过35%的同比下降。\n\n公司表示，盈利下滑主要受行业需求周期性调整及战略投入加大的双重因素影响：\n1. 行业需求调整：在全面过渡至新国家标准后，消费者需要时间适应新产品，终端换购需求放缓，导致销量同比减少，从而影响收入水平。\n2. 战略投入增加：公司正积极布局高速电动摩托车和具身智能机器人等新增长曲线，并加快海外市场渠道建设及产品本地化，相关研发及前期投入同比大幅增加，短期内压缩利润空间。\n\n尽管收益及溢利预计减少，公司称正在加快推出新型电动摩托车型号、扩展海外市场，并积极开发具身智能机器人的关键零部件，以改善未来业绩。公司计划于2026年8月底前公布中期业绩。\n\n公司提醒股东及潜在投资者审慎买卖公司股份。
