Siemens Beats First-Quarter Forecasts and Raises Full-Year Profit Outlook

Siemens AG reported better-than-expected results for the first quarter of its 2026 fiscal year on Thursday and raised its profit guidance for the full year.

The company stated that its industrial profit increased by 15% to 2.9 billion euros (approximately $3.44 billion) for the three-month period ending in December, surpassing the average analyst forecast of 2.64 billion euros.

Consequently, Siemens has revised its forecast for basic earnings per share for the 2026 fiscal year ending in September. The new projection is between 10.70 and 11.10 euros, up from the previous range of 10.40 to 11.00 euros.
