周二盘后交易中，精准肿瘤学公司Guardant Health（GH）股价大幅下跌8.55%，引发投资者关注。
据悉，Guardant Health宣布了一项重大融资计划。公司拟发行2.5亿美元的新股，同时还将非公开发行3亿美元2033年到期的可转换债券。这一举措可能引发了投资者对股权稀释的担忧，从而导致股价下跌。
公司表示，此次融资所得将用于一般企业用途，包括回购部分2027年到期的0%可转换债券，以及潜在的互补产品和技术收购。值得注意的是，Guardant Health目前已发行股票约1.26亿股，市值约124亿美元。高盛、杰富瑞、Leerink和古根海姆将担任此次股票发行的联合账簿管理人。
尽管公司股价在盘后出现大幅下跌，但Guardant Health的长期表现依然强劲。该股在过去一周上涨了41%，今年以来更是上涨了两倍多。分析师对公司前景保持乐观，在25位分析师中，23位给予"强力买入"或"买入"评级，其余为"持有"。根据LSEG数据，分析师对该股的目标价中值为100美元，高于一个月前的68美元。
