中国飞鹤有限公司（06186）8月21日公告，其全资附属公司黑龙江飞鹤乳业有限公司以闲置资金2亿元认购上海浦东发展银行及/或其分行提供的两款“上信鑫月丰利集合资金信托计划”产品。具体如下：
1. 上信鑫月丰利集合资金信托计划FL3002第296期，认购本金1亿元，预期年收益率2.30%，到期日为2027年5月24日，产品类型为非保本浮动收益型，投资范围为固定收益类资产。
2. 上信鑫月丰利集合资金信托计划第320期，认购本金1亿元，预期年收益率2.30%，到期日为2027年5月24日，产品类型为非保本浮动收益型，投资范围同为固定收益类资产。
截至公告日，集团在浦发银行及/或其分行认购但尚未到期的理财及结构性存款金融产品本金合计23亿元。
公司表示，本次投资以保障资金安全性和流动性为前提，旨在提升阶段性闲置资金收益；预期收益高于一般活期或定期存款。根据香港联交所上市规则，第14.22条要求合并计算相关交易，最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，需履行通知及公布义务，毋须股东批准。
