United Energy Group Limited (UEG) announced on 30 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, Annual General Meeting circular and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report are now available on both the company website (www.ueg.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends all stakeholders review the documents online. Non-registered shareholders that face difficulties accessing the materials electronically may obtain printed copies free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar. Requests can be mailed using the prepaid label provided or emailed to 467-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring to receive future corporate communications via email are advised to supply a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email address is on file, hard-copy notices of online publication will continue to be dispatched.
