十方控股有限公司（1831，香港主板上市）于最新公告中披露，拟在年度股东大会上授予董事一般性授权，可于通过相关决议当日已发行股份总数最多10%的规模内回购公司股份。该计划有望于2025年12月31日于福建省福州市古田路华福大厦举行的股东周年大会上表决。
根据公告，本次回购授权最高可达1.07亿股（以最后实际可行日期时的已发行股份数量1.075亿股为基准），资金来源于公司可合法动用的溢利或发行新股所得款项，并依据百慕达公司法及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则进行。公司董事会认为，如未来股份价格显著低于合理价值，进行回购可提升股东回报，并有助于优化资本结构。
公告称，上述授权一旦获股东通过，将自决议通过之日起至下届股东周年大会结束或被股东大会撤销或修订之日止生效。公司强调本次回购计划符合公司及股东的整体利益。董事会特别提醒有意参与大会表决的股东留意大会召开地点与时间，并注意股份过户登记自12月19日至25日暂停办理。公司亦建议股东阅读公告及相关通函，以及时了解具体安排。
