Contel Shareholders Deliver 100% Approval on All AGM Resolutions

Contel Technology Company Limited (“Contel”) announced that every resolution tabled at the 30 September 2026 Annual General Meeting was passed by poll with full shareholder support. Each motion received 358.03 million votes in favour, representing 100% of votes cast, with no votes recorded against.

Key items approved include:

• Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and directors’ and auditor’s reports for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026.

• Re-election of executive directors Mr. Lee Byungduck and Mr. Chong Ka Yee, and independent non-executive directors Mr. Tseung Yuk Hei, Kenneth, Ms. Lu Zhuo, and Mr. Li Wei.

• Authorisation for the board to set directors’ remuneration.

• Re-appointment of Moore CPA Limited as independent auditor, with board-determined remuneration.

• A general mandate allowing the board to issue new shares up to 20% of Contel’s issued share capital and a separate mandate to repurchase shares up to 10%. An extension mandate permits issuance equivalent to shares repurchased under the buy-back authority.

As of the meeting date, Contel had 461.21 million issued shares, all of which were eligible to vote. Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited acted as the scrutineer, and all directors participated in person or electronically.
