YGM Trading Limited has alerted shareholders that it expects to post a consolidated loss attributable to shareholders of no more than HK$40.00 million for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 (FY2026). This would widen last year’s HK$24.00 million deficit by approximately 66.7%.
Management attributes the deeper loss primarily to two non-cash items:
1. Fair value losses on investment properties.
2. Impairment losses on intangible assets.
The figures are derived from unaudited management accounts and remain subject to finalisation and audit. YGM Trading plans to release its audited FY2026 results by end-June 2026.
The board advises investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until the final results are published.
