4月20日，美股三大股指期货下跌，截止发稿，道指期货跌0.71%，纳指期货跌0.58%，标普500指数期货跌0.59%。

美股石油股盘前上涨，Battalion Oil涨超13%，阿帕契涨超3%，西方石油涨超2%，墨菲石油、雪佛龙涨超1%；

迈威尔科技盘前涨超6%，谷歌正与Marvell洽谈联合开发两款AI推理定制芯片，既有配合TPU运行的内存处理单元，也有专攻推理场景的新型TPU，计划产量近200万个；

TopBuild Corp.盘前涨超19%，北美建筑产品分销巨头QXO公司拟斥资170亿美元收购该公司；

太空概念股盘前走低，AST SpaceMobile跌超13%，Rocket Lab跌近3%；

存储概念股回调，闪迪跌超2%，希捷科技、美光科技、西部数据跌超1%；

加密货币股盘前普跌，Strategy、 BitMine Immersion Technologies Inc.跌4%，Coinbase Global, Inc.、Circle、Cleanspark跌超3%， Robinhood跌超2%；

量子计算概念股下跌，D-Wave Quantum、IONQ跌超4%，Arqit Quantum、Quantum Computing、Rigetti Computing跌超3%，SEALSQ、昆腾跌超2%。
