Keen Ocean International Holding Limited has released its monthly return for the period ended 31 October 2025. According to the disclosure, there were no changes to the authorised share capital, which remains at HKD 10,000,000 (1,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.01 each).

The total number of issued ordinary shares also remained unchanged at 200,000,000 shares, with no treasury shares held. Under the company’s share option scheme, 20,000,000 shares may be issued or transferred out of treasury upon exercise of the share options, but there were no new shares issued in October and no changes in treasury holdings during the month.
