中国软件国际有限公司（股票代码：00354，香港联交所主板上市）公告称，董事会获得一般授权，可在香港联交所回购最多相当于该公司已发行普通股（不包括库存在内）总数10%的股份。该授权范围上限约为2,732,079,358股已发行股份的十分之一，即最多约273,207,935股，回购须在遵守开曼群岛公司法及香港上市规则的前提下进行。
公司董事表示，此举旨在提升股东回报与资本效率，亦有利于优化公司资本结构与每股收益。资金来源可合法动用公司资源，根据公告显示，本公司目前无持有任何库存股。过去一年间（2025年4月至2026年4月），公司股价于香港市场最高见6.99港元，最低为3.24港元。
公司指出，上述购回授权尚需在即将召开的股东周年大会上获得正式通过。董事会认为该计划符合公司及全体股东的整体利益，并将继续关注市场情况以决定回购安排。
