旷世芳香(01925)在公告中披露，Kwung’s Investments于2025年5月26日与若干独立第三方卖方及Dragon签订三份土地买卖协议，计划收购位于泰国的三块土地，价格分别为56,214,125泰铢、57,750,000泰铢和32,896,875泰铢。截至公告日期，已向卖方支付合计44,058,300泰铢的预订费用。

由于尚未获得泰国相关部门批准，公告显示，Kwungs Thailand与Thithinan先生于2026年3月4日签订备忘录。根据该安排，Thithinan先生将在获得土地后，再按条件向Kwungs Thailand转让相关土地。Kwungs Thailand将向Thithinan先生提供一笔总额113,964,125泰铢的贷款，并以其中两块土地办理按揭登记作为抵押。若今后无法完成所需批淮，Kwungs Thailand有权要求第三方买家收购该等土地并优先偿还所提供的贷款。
