龙翼航空科技控股有限公司（股票代码：00918，以下简称“龙翼航空科技”）7月16日发布内幕消息公告称，其控股股东Always Profit Development Limited（下称“卖方”）已于2026年7月16日（交易时段前）与SBI CHINA FUND LP（下称“买方”）签署股份买卖协议，拟以每股1港元的价格向买方出售3 亿股普通股。
此次转让股份占龙翼航空科技已发行股本总额的26.93%，交易总金额为3亿港元。交易前，卖方持有公司5.27238938亿股，持股比例48.43%，为公司控股股东。交易完成后，卖方持股将降至2.27238938亿股，占已发行股本总额的20.40%，其持股比例将低于30%，不再构成控股股东。
董事会表示，预期本次股份出售不会对公司及其附属公司的业务运营、财务状况或董事会及高级管理层的组成产生不利影响。公司提醒广大股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
