2026年7月31日，深圳市华曦达科技股份有限公司（股票代码：00901，以下简称“华曦达”）根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第13.09(2)(a)条及《证券及期货条例》第XIVA部的有关规定，发布正面盈利预告。
华曦达董事会在对目前可获资料及截至2026年6月30日止六个月（“报告期”）未经审计综合管理账目进行初步评估后预计： 1. 报告期内，集团收入将较截至2025年6月30日止六个月的15.37亿元（人民币1,536.8百万元）增加约30%至40%； 2. 报告期内，集团净溢利将较截至2025年6月30日止六个月的1.03亿元（人民币103.1百万元）增加约70%至80%。
董事会认为，收入增长主要由于区域需求增加及产品售价上升；净溢利的提升则主要归因于收入增长，以及集团在优化产品组合和提升供应链管理方面的持续努力。
华曦达表示，报告期的实际业绩仍在编制中，尚未经过核数师或董事会审计委员会确认，最终中期业绩预计将于2026年8月公布。
