ZYLOXTB Buys Back 243,000 H Shares for HKD 4.40 Million, Trimming Free Float by 0.07%

Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as ZYLOXTB) disclosed that it repurchased 243,000 H shares on 23 June 2026 through on-market transactions at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were acquired at prices between HKD 17.63 and HKD 18.60, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 18.11 per share. Aggregate consideration reached HKD 4.40 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.07% to 324.37 million shares. Treasury shares rose to 11.98 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 336.35 million.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 13 May 2026, which allows ZYLOXTB to buy back up to 32.72 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.83 million shares, equivalent to 0.85% of the issued share base at the mandate date.

All purchases complied with Hong Kong listing rules. In line with regulatory requirements, ZYLOXTB cannot issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares until 23 July 2026.
