公司报告期内的法定注册股本维持在10亿美元面值共计1,000,000,000股，面值为每股0.0001美元，注册股本总额保持在100,000美元；已发行股份总数仍为571,325,668股，且无库存股份，报告期内未有新增发行、购回或注销，以及期权、认股权证及可换股债券方面的变动。
