2026年3月5日，劲方医药科技（上海）股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）披露截至2026年2月28日的证券变动月报表。公司本月无新增发行或股份变动，股本结构与上月相比保持稳定。
公司注册及已发行股本仍为人民币37,036,663元，合计已发行338,029,020股H股及32,337,610股未上市股份，总计370,366,630股。截至报告期末，公司未发生任何购回、注销或库藏股活动，也无股份期权或其他股权激励计划的授出或行使。
公司确认，截至2026年2月28日，其公众持股量符合香港联交所主板上市规则所要求的19.86%最低公众持股比例。公司表示将持续遵守相关监管规定，并确保信息披露的合规与透明。
