畅捷通信息技术股份有限公司（股票代码：01588）于2026年4月27日公告称，于香港联交所场内回购普通股8,800股，占回购前已发行股本约0.01%。每股回购价介乎港币6.47港元至6.63港元，合计支付约57,248港元（约合5.72万港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本由135,355,011股降至135,346,211股，库藏股数增至555,000股。根据2025年5月20日通过的购回授权，公司可回购股份总数为8,250,000股，截至本次交易后已有555,000股被回购。
公司同时确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。本次公告由联席公司秘书鲍洁签署。
