本次回购完成后，公司的已发行股本仍为23.14亿股，库藏股为0股。回购授权于2026年5月28日通过，授权可回购股份合计2.31亿股，公司已累计在包括香港联交所等证券交易所回购股份约1637.16万股，占回购授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.707%。公司确认本次回购符合香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法例。公告由公司秘书欧启贤签署。
