2026年8月14日，碧瑶绿色集团有限公司（01397）公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估，公司预计期内除税后溢利约为27百万元至30百万元。相比上一期间的58.8百万元，预计降幅约为54%至49%。
公司表示，业绩下降主要由于收益及毛利率下滑，原因在于若干政府合约竞争加剧，部分市场参与者采取“极之进取且在商业上难以持续”的定价策略。碧瑶绿色集团维持“审慎而有纪律的投标策略”，专注提供优质、创新及差异化服务，以获取健康的利润水平。
公告透露，相关数据尚未经过核数师审阅，董事会将继续评估财务表现，如有调整将另行披露。公司预期将在2026年8月底发布正式中期业绩公告。
