截至2025年9月30日止六个月，信星鞋业实现营收3.47亿港元，同比增长6.5%。同期录得经调整净亏损656.8万港元，同比收窄49.3%。毛利率由上年同期的0.9%提升至3.9%，主要由于生产效率及成本管控措施带动。期间管理层通过严控行政及工厂费用，使得分销及销售开支相对营收保持稳定。公司在报告期末持有现金及等同现金约3.22亿港元。
业务分项
制造业务方面，报告期内实现收入约3.47亿港元。公司在越南及柬埔寨分别维持多元产能布局，并在材料运用与流程优化方面不断深化精益生产，产线使用率上升至61.7%。同时，公司持有越南中部一家联营工厂40%权益，该联营工厂在新产品订单带动下对集团的溢利贡献显著增加。
物业投资方面，集团将闲置产能和厂房灵活地对外出租，报告期内实现租金收入约1,330万港元。管理层为维持较高出租率，持续与租户就租赁条款进行合作。
